Case 3 - Advanced Restorative Cases
This patient was really unhappy because she had several missing teeth in the upper jaw and was having to wear an upper denture which they disliked. After a full assessment and discussion of options the patient opted for the missing teeth to be replaced with fixed permanent all ceramic Zirconia bridges and crowns to improve their smile and to help them chew properly again. The treatment was completed within 4 weeks at Willowbrook Dental.
Case 4
Full replacement of all upper failing porcelain crowns with new porcelain bonded crowns. Additionally, the missing teeth on the sides where replaced with fixed permanent porcelain bonded bridges to restore the bite and help the patient chew more comfortably. Treatment completed within 4 weeks.

This young lady was unhappy with the appearance of her worn and chipped upper front teeth and wished to have her smile improved. After a careful assessment and discussion of treatment options the patient opted for all porcelain E-Max veneers for the upper front 6 teeth and she was delighted with her new improved smile.
Case 6 – Smile Make-Over with Cosmetic Bonding
This young lady was unhappy with the spacing in between her upper front teeth and wished to have it closed. After a full assessment and discussion of treatment options the patient opted for cosmetic (composite) bonding which is a procedure where an enamel like filling material is used to precisely rebuild and recontour the new shape of the tooth. This procedure is very simple and pain free with very impressive natural looking results. The patient was ecstatic with her new smile.
Case 7 – Smile Make-Over with Porcelain Crown and Teeth Whitening
This young lady was really unhappy with the appearance of her upper front teeth especially her upper right front tooth which was very discoloured and had gone grey following loss of the nerve within the tooth. We went through a full assessment and x-rays and discussion of suitable treatment options. The patient wished to keep the treatment plan simple and with the least amount of loss of tooth tissue. We initially provided a course of teeth whitening followed by the provision of an all porcelain E-Max crown for the upper right central incisor tooth which gave the tooth a fresh new look and also improved the alignment. Another beautiful smile to be proud off.

This mature gentleman wanted to improve the appearance of his chipped and worn upper front teeth and also wanted to refresh the colour of his dark yellow teeth. After a full assessment and discussion of suitable treatment options the patient opted for a course of teeth whitening followed by some cosmetic (composite) bonding of his upper front teeth. The results were a complete transformation of his smile which he was very pleased with.

This lady was very unhappy with the appearance of her worn and broken down lower front teeth and missing teeth in the upper jaw. She was keen to seek an improvement to her smile and also replacement teeth to restore her bite and ability to chew again. After a detailed assessment and discussion of treatment options the patient opted for all porcelain zirconia crowns for her lower 7 front teeth and she had implant placements in the upper left side of her jaw which was replaced with an porcelain bonded bridge. The gap on her upper right side was also replaced with an all porcelain zirconia bridge. The result was a complete transformation to this patient’s smile and her ability to chew again. She was absolutely delighted with the life changing dentistry she received.
Case 10 – Smile Make-Over with Cosmetic Bonding
This young lady was quite unhappy with the appearance of her extensively worn and chipped upper and lower front teeth due to an excessive grinding habit and wished to have her teeth rebuilt again and her smile improved. Following a full assessment and discussion of treatment options the patient opted to initially have her front teeth rebuilt with cosmetic (composite) bonding to replace the tooth tissue which she had worn away over the years. The upper and lower front 6 teeth were rebuilt to full form and shape again to restore the aesthetics of her smile. She was absolutely delighted with the end result particularly because she showed her front teeth again when she smiled. We plan to consider the option of Porcelain E-Max veneers in future to enhance her smile further.

Case 12 – Composite (White) Fillings to replace old Metal Fillings
This gentleman came to see us as he was becoming frustrated with the look of his old metal fillings in his back teeth which he had for many years, and wished to see if there was a more suitable and aesthetic alternative. After a full assessment and discussion of treatment options the patient opted to have these old metal fillings replaced with Composite (White) fillings. The result was a transformation of the look of these teeth, though more importantly a better outcome as the bonded white fillings help to strengthen the tooth internally. The patient was very happy with the end result and plans to have his other old metal fillings replaced in the near future.
